Brett Lee

Brett Lee was born on August 11, 1976 in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. He is an Australian national cricketer, cricket commentator and actor who retired from the international game in January 2015.

Brett Lee is a former Australian cricketer. During his international career, Lee was recognized as one of the fastest bowlers in world cricket. He is also known as a defensive player and a useful low batsman, with a batting average of over 20 in Test cricket. Lee ended his Test career with 310 wickets and his One Day International career with 380 wickets. Lee was part of Australia’s World Cup winning squads in 2003 and 2007. He announced his retirement from international cricket in January 2012, having made his Test debut in 1999. During the 2006 ICC Champions Trophy in India, Lee wrote the song You’re the One For Me and recorded it with Indian singer Asha Bhosle. The song peaked at number two on the Indian and South African charts. In 2008, he shot for his first Bollywood film Victory.

Brett is a proud father of two. However, the children are from different mothers; while still married to Liz Kemp, they both had a son named Preston Charles; the other of Brett’s children is from his marriage to Iana Anderson, his current wife. The 39-year-old Australian cricketer currently resides in Seaforth.

Brett and his wife love the place even though they have been wanting more grass for some time. However, Brett made headlines with a story about his $5 million purchase of a three-story home. The house takes the form of a Bollywood palace because of its character; five bedroom, five bathroom home. An international Test Carrer

Brett Lee made his debut in international cricket which should be remembered as an insult. Starting against the Indian cricket team, he never looked nervous or nervous at any time. He dropped Rahul Dravid and Prasad in quick succession, the latter falling short of breaking his neck with a swinging delivery. The One Day International dropped arguably one of the greatest of all time, ending his career with the great Gren McGrath and 380 wickets including 9 five-wicket hauls and having one of the best strike rates in cricket history. He played a total of 217 One Day Internationals throughout his career with a save rate of 4.77. His best shot was 5-22. He also scored three goals in the 2003 World Cup against Kenya. He is the first Australian bowler to achieve a hat trick at the mega event. He was also good with the bat and scored 8,740 runs in 107 innings while averaging more than 20 runs.

He started his Twenty 20 International career playing against New Zealand in Auckland on February 17, 2005. He had a short career in Twenty 20 International, playing only 25 matches and taking 28 wickets in total. His best bowling figures were 3-23. Brett Lee’s save ratio is 7.89. He plays well with the bat when needed and never lets his teammates down. He scored 714 runs in just 12 innings with an average of over 25.
