Richa Ghosh is an Indian professional cricketer who has represented her country in the shorter form of the game (ODI and T20I), as a wicket-keeper and middle-order batsman. She was an integral part of the Indian team that won the 2023 edition (and launch) of the ICC (International Cricket Council) Under-19 Women’s T20 World Cup.
She was also part of the Indian team that reached the final of the 2020 ICC Women’s World T20, the first time India reached the final of this tournament. In the Indian national circuit, Richa has competed for Bengal Women (2019-Present) in all three categories.

After her successful performance in the Women’s T20 Challenge Series, Richa was named in the Indian squad for the 2020 Women’s Tri-Nation series and made her T20I debut in February 2020. In August 2021, she was called up for the Women’s Test One Day International (WODI) match against Australia.
The youngster made his ODI debut on September 21, 2021 against Australia. In January 2022, she was named in the Indian squad for the 2022 Women’s World Cup in New Zealand.
