Axar Patel is an Indian national cricketer. He plays for Gujrat in domestic cricket in the capital city of Delhi in the Indian Premier League. He is an all-rounder, and he plays as a left-handed bowler and the orthodox left-handed batsman. He was also awarded the BCCI Under-19 Cricketer of the Year 2014.

Patel signed with the IPL title Mumbai India in 2013 and then Kings XI Punjab in 2014. He had an impressive season with Kings XI Punjab in IPL 2014 with 17 wickets.
