Piyush Chawla was born on December 24, 1988 in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. He plays for the Indian national cricket team. He played for India U19 team in Central Zone. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-handed batsman.
He first played for the India U-19 team against England U-19 team in 2004-05 and played in the home series against Australia U-19 in 2005-06 where he won five matches.
