Jason Holder is a Barbadian professional cricketer who has represented West Indies in all three formats of the game (Test, ODI and T20I), as well as all-rounders. For a significant part of his early career he also ruled the West Indies; in Tests (September 2015-December 2020) and ODIs (January 2015-September 2019).

He was part of the West Indian team that won the 2016 ICC World T20 although he did not play any matches in the tournament. Before joining the senior national team in 2013, he played in the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2010, where he was the team’s highest wicket-taker with 13 counters. In January 2019, he became the world number one in all Test formats at the official ICC level, a position he continued to occupy, within a few months, from April 2021.
